[Case Studies on Automation and Labor Saving] Fusion Design of New Functions in Addition to Existing Functions
As a new device, it utilizes the strengths of the existing machine as a mechanism, while also incorporating the operators' requests to improve the cycle time.
We would like to introduce a case where a cleaning equipment company implemented our "Handle Labeling Machine" to solve their challenges. The company had an aging device that affixed labels with the manufacturer's name to the specified position on metal pipe handles, and it was in a state where it was uncertain when it would break down and become unusable. With the new device, we were able to retain the advantages of the existing machine while increasing the speed, allowing us to meet the demand during peak periods. Additionally, we considered the requests of the previous operators, which helped reduce their workload. 【Case Summary】 ■ Challenges - Aging of the existing device - Need for improved functionality (speed) and stability ■ Effects - Labels are affixed neatly, and the processing volume has increased - It is now possible to handle the quantities during peak periods - By making slight modifications to the specifications, it can also be adapted for pipes of different diameters, enhancing versatility *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
